Delete your data

You can permanently delete your Wafflio account and everything in it at any time, straight from the app.

Delete everything in the app

Open Wafflio and go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

This cancels your subscription and permanently removes your restaurant, locations, Brand Kit, uploaded photos and videos, everything Wafflio generated for you, your scheduled posts, your sales data, and your connected Instagram and Facebook logins.

Only remove Instagram or Facebook

To stop Wafflio publishing without deleting your account, go to Profile → Connected accounts and tap Disconnect. We delete the access token straight away. You can also remove Wafflio from your Instagram or Facebook settings under Apps and websites.

Can’t access the app?

Email privacy@wafflio.com from the address you signed up with, and we will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What stays

Posts already published on Instagram or Facebook stay there until you delete them in those apps. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for up to seven years. See the privacy policy for details.
